It was my worst restaurant experience ever, and I strongly recommend that the customers boycott this restaurant until they come up with better food and service.įrom family friendly trips with kid friendly activities to local plumbers lawyers, spas, and contractors. Even then, another waiter came with water and refilled only five out of six empty water glasses. ![]() When I came out to talk to the manager, she apologized profusely, but all she offered was three calendars of their own, and the waiter actually tried to drag me into an argument whether he brought things in the middle or in reverse order. In addition, the waiter brought food in reverse sequences (lettuces should come together with BBQ, but came almost after we finished the dish I also want to point out that previously lettuces were served with thinly sliced scallions and sesame leaves, which were missing this time), never offered or asked refills for the side-dishes (Korean restaurant's basic service), didn't bring or refill water and drinks in time, didn't bring the dessert menu or check in time, and even didn't offer a doggy bagging for the left-over (we had to order an additional dish since the portion was small, but then the dish came out so late and the quality was so poor that we didn't feel like finishing it anyway). The food was nothing like we had before - almost spoiled meat (I had to take out of my mouth one piece of chicken that had clearly gone bad), less than fresh vegetables, excessive use of spice (I and my children grew up enjoying spicy food and eat them all the time, but for all of us, its spicy food was off the wall), incredibly small portion and variety in comparison to their own previous ones let alone other restaurants. Unfortunately, however, my most recent experience was my worst restaurant experience ever. ![]() I went to this restaurant earlier this year a few times and was really impressed by the high quality and authenticity of its food and its attentive wait staff - and I have been around this area close to two decades and have been to a lot of Korean-Japanese restaurants. ![]()
